Stay with it. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t check your phone, don\u2019t start another thing.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Just focus. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And when your mind races \u2014 because it will \u2014 try playing soft music in the background.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It calms your system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Still restless? That\u2019s fine. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set aside time to actually feel your emotions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Not think about them. Not suppress them. Walk. Dance. Do yoga.
